Klassiske Scones

Very simple, amazing taste, smell and texture. Let it be you weekend's morning treat!

500g Flour

110g butter

2 full tea spoons of baking powder

300 ml milk

2 table spoons of sugar

Sift flour, sugar and baking powder. Add flour mix and cold chopped butter into a food processor, chop all together at high speed for a couple of minutes until butter and flour are mixed all together. (Your mixture is not going to be fine and this is right!). Add milk and mix all together with the spoon. Now you can add nuts or berries. Get your dough on to the table and create a sphere with your hands. Clap a bit your dough but not hard. Roll out the dough so it is 3 cm thick. Use a cup for instance to create round scones. Put them on to the baking tray. Preheat your oven up to 190C. Grease your scones with the egg. It will make the color very nice!

Bake 22-25 min.
